silky feathers in fowl is caused by a gene whose effect is recessive to that for normal feathers. (a) If 98 birds were raised frm a cross btw individuals that were heterozygous for this gene, how many will be expected to be silky and how many normal? (b) If you had a normal feathered bird, what will be the easiest way to determine whether it is homozygous or heterzygous?
