My guinea pig is dying? (part 2)?

I tried to put her in a shoe box and I tried to give her carrots and celery. She isn't eating it. I kept her in their for like 15 minutes. She is making a weezing noise . She also went to squeak but a little crack came out of her mouth. When I took her out of the shoe box, I noticed their was ALOT of pee but NO poop. I am really scared about her. I also weighed her and she is not close to 1 pound. Please help! I lost a guinea pig 3 months ago and I don't want to loose my new piggie!

Raw skin between legs frequenly?

I swet a lot. And the swet gets in between my legs and irritates the skin into just a burning raw rash. This also can sometimes work up a fowl smell down there too. It gets bad enough walking becomes extremly painful. What can I do to prevent this? I swet a lot but I can't use anti perperants cuz I have kidney issues. I can't use powder it dosent work. Triumph Daytona 675 will not start......?

Yesterday, my 2008 Triumph Daytona 675 would not start for the 1st time, after push starting it and riding it for a while, it would not start again. Bought a brand new battery from the Triumph Dealership and put it in, and it still would not start. Took it to a local auto parts store and they tested and charged it, put it in and it still will not start. Dash and lights turn on fully. In Neutral, with the clutch down, when I push the starter, it makes a single click noise and a quite long squeaking noise. Any help???

honestly the best thing you can do is cuddle him lots spend about 2 hours a day with himn just sat on your lap infront of the telly or something feed him little bits of cabbage or parsley while hes with you (BUT NOT TO MUCH) this works so much better than any games you can do. it worked with my two girls :)

ok so here's the story....i've had my two gerbils, bonnie and clyde for about 9 weeks now....they were already 4 months old when i got them so they are about six months old now...the man in the pet shop wasnt sure of their sex but when i brought them home i sexed bonnie to be a girl and clyde as a boy....but they havent had babies together before...they are both the sweetest gerbils, who would fall asleep in my hands for hours on end and just love coming out, but the past two weeks have been different. they had bedding all over their cage and tunnels everywhere, but they pushed it all over to the one corner of the cage and now no tunnels remain, there is just bedding with a hole in the middle, like a nest. And the water bottle is emptying a lot faster. Then when i took bonnie out, she started squeaking and wouldnt let me pick her up, and when i did she started nipping at me to get me to put her down and cylde wont sit still for even a second he just rushes to get back into the cage. this has carried on for two weeks now, and i tried holding bonnie again today, she has a tiny little bulge under her belly but it's very tiny.....and she's still behaving the same way, as is clyde....they just want to go back into their cage to carry on making their nest...please help, is bonnie pregnant???????

Need some good, reliable advice on my new guinea pigs?

We just purchased 2 female guinea pigs from a breeder. They are terrified of us and every noise around, all they do is hide all day and go nuts all night. I take them out once a day to "get exercise"and one cowers and goes into statue mode and the other one hides in the tube i got for playtime) I try to snuggle them so they can get use to me that way, and one goes nuts and the other one just sits there like a bump on a log shaking. Also, They have barely make a squeak or peep since we got them and I thought they made lots of noise.....they won't eat the fresh fruits adn veggies i but out for them either........ I've got a few issues with my guinea pig?

He is just scared. Animals have to get used to their environment so give it some time to look around! He will soon get used to the noises in a week or so. This happened to my guinea pig tom tom who recently passed away after i changed his old cage! Just be patient annd he will be his same old self again (: pat him and dont pick him up until he knows hes safe!

Why is my washer making a burning smell?

I live in a summer home for half of the year and for fall and winter i live in my usual home. A couple of years ago I decided I didn't want to have to drive up to the house every day to do laundry so in 1998 I built a barn out back of our summer home and put a washer in it and hooked up cold water to it and all that, anyway when I leave the camp for the winter I usually remember to put anti-freeze in the washer and run it on spin so the anti freeze could go through the pump so it wouldn't freeze in the dead of winter, but for some reason I forgot to put anti-freeze in it this year and when I came back to test the washer in spring 2011 I turned the timer to 10 as usual and filled it to small size load anyway when it started to wash it washed like it usually would, i watched it wash then I waited until it started spinning and when the timer clicked to spin it made a loud buzzing and didn't move for a couple of seconds then it started to slowly spin and made a high pitch whining sound and then the power went out, so I reset the circuit braker and put the washer on spin and it did the same things except it started to squeel loudly then it made a strong fowl burning smell and it blew the circuit braker again too.it is a Crosley/maytag heavy duty 20 pound capacity washer, what is the problem and is it worth fixing???

Does this mean my subwoofers are blown?

I'm running two Kicker L7 12 inch hooked up to a single Rockford t2500 amp. I was listening to skrillex at about 45 (out of 65 volume) with the bass at +4. After about 30 minutes, the subs cut out. Once we got back I popped my trunk and didn't smell anything unusual and it didn't make any noises if I pushed the subs directly in. If I pushed only one side of the subs, it made a squeaking noise. Does that mean their damage? On the left sub the left side squeaks and on the right the right squeaks. Remember, if I push directly in I feel no resistance or hear any sounds. Also, the subs worked after about 15 minutes, but I didn't turn them up passed 10 just to make sure I don't make matters worse. Thanks in advanced. :]

Nothing 'shuts off' because you are asleep. If it did then you would have major health issues besides weight. Also fruit is one of the easiest things your body breaks down. You probably used up all the nutrients and calories already.

My kitten has round pupils?

Hes really scrawny and timid and his meow is more like a squeak with a kind of purr. Hes auburn, black, and white. His sister is a calico with slitted eyes and healthier looking. They both eat the same amount. Could something be wrong with him. His eyes are always round, not just when hes scared or its dark. I got two pet rats from the local animal shelter the other day. I got Oreo the day before Snickers because I didn’t realize that it is best to get more than one. They are both about six weeks old and litter mates. Yesterday I noticed that they were wrestling. They kept rolling around on top of each other and making soft squeaking noises. I can’t tell if their fighting or playing. They chase each other around and tackle each other. Last night they kept wrestling for like an hour I would get them to stop sit down and they would do it again. Is it serious? I can’t tell. I take them out of the cage everyday and hold them and I haven’t seen any scabbing or bleeding. Is this normal? Can it lead to something more serious? Please help. In the Revised Standard and New American (catholic) Bible the translation is 'Winged Insect." God's word in the Original Greek and Hebrew is correct. Therefore the Word of God is\ not where the errors occur but they can occur in the translations that are written. Yes Eragon is a fantasy book, but the comedy is not the same as the books you have listed. I agree with everyone else. Check it out from the library first. It is a good book but it can get a little dry for the typical fantasy sometimes. If you like it enough, then you can buy it, but whatever you do, do not base your decision on watching the movie, it is not anywhere near what the book is like... at all.

Is cooking with whole grain flours the same as eating whole grains?

I read the other day that it is healthier to eat whole grains and to avoid processed grains, but then I saw on the internet folks who sell 'whole grain flour' and I became very confused. Please help. I ask this because I'm seeing signs in my health that tell me I'm headed toward diabetes, but can still pull out before its too late. Thus the advice to eat whole grains. maybe for a snack only have one slice of bread or half a slice because too many carbs will make you gain weight. try not to have similar meal in the same day, you will get too much of the nutrients that's in that meal which isn't a good thing. fruits that are white on the inside(apples, bananas, peaches...) have more calories, so other fruits like oranges or plums would be a better choice if you eat it that often. try having a salad with seasoned-rice vinegar instead of dressing would be good to pair with a meal since it fills you up and is very low in calories, fat, sugar, ect. hope this helps!

Is my rat acting normal?

I had two rats, one was 9 months and the other is 10 weeks old. Unfortunately the 9 month old died due to respiratory problems that was too severe, they said even before i adopted him he probably had this problem. This left the 10 week old alone, so i bought a new companion for him, who was about 6 weeks old and is soo tiny. I've been following the introductory stages for about a week and now i've placed them both in the primary cage. The thing is that the 10 week old rat keeps dragging the little rat into the sleeping quarters and whenever the little rat wants to explore he keeps taking him back and often stays with it. He picks the little one up like a mother would and literally drags it back, which makes the little one squeak but hasn't drawn any blood. Dull complexion at age 20?

I smoked for a couple years a while back completely oblivious at the effect it was having on my skin specifically my face. Quit smoking and drank a lot of green tea ( I work for a green tea co, so easily 8-10 cups a day) the caffine in the tea ended up making me break out really bad, again, completely oblivious that it was the tea I thought it was stress or sugar. Finally figured it out and switched to caffine free... (Insult to injury, I first was worried about my lifeless skin, then moderate acne, now acne scars!) when acne cleared I went to the dermatologist and got a chemical peel to even the skin tone. Which helped a lot with skin tone and scaring, but I still feel that I'm quite pale... I exfoliate with a vitamin c scrub once a week, use a natural pomegrant softening toner, eye cream for my always tired looking eyes, and a vitamin c moisturzer with spf 30. I don't tan cuz I know how bad it is for skin and I feel like I'm basically doing everything right .. my sleeping schedule is pretty bad but I still get 7-8 hours of sleep and I eat healthy when I can ( not my choice my mom buys all the groceries so I don't have my pick of fresh veggies and fish) stopped taking hair skin and nail vitamins cuz I felt they weren't doing much. BTW, my skin tone is a really nice olive. I'm black Korean and white so its more of a tan light skinned black girl thing going on. My skin on the face just looks dull and lifeless no matter what I do and I know its from smoking, but I've been told that the skin has really amazing healing abilities, especially since I'm young. I plan on exersizing some more but I'm a pretty fit person as well. Sorry about the rant but I'm pretty confused as to what else I need to do here. I was going on a camping trip yesterday and decided to take my parents small camper. I was trying to haul it with my 1992 ford explorer with a 4.0 V6. All whent well until I got on the highway and it struggled to get over 60mph. After about 2 miles on the highway I noticed my temp gauge was very hot so I got off on the next exit and pulled over to have my father come pick the camper up. Immediately after pulling over I noticed it had a rough idle almost like bad spark plugs. I let it cool for a bit yet when I started it it still ran rough in low RPMs I still went on my camping trip that was a hour away and it ran decent on the highway but when I come to a stop it sounds like a miss. When I came home this morning the temp gauge went up and stayed in one spot the whole ride home (the gauges in my suv only have a "normal" range not an exact measurement of heat). My guess is my thermostat is stuck open and I fowled a spark plug but what do you think? I checked the oil to make sure I didn't blow a head gasket and it looked normal and i don't see any leaks underneath the engine. wheres the best place to start looking?

'98 nissan sentra 1.6L "a/c compressor" opinions please? ...help!!!?

About A month ago im driving down the road as usual with the ac on and all of the sudden I smell a burnt rubber smell so I pull over pop the hood and there was smoke coming from the serpentine belt. (By the way, weeks before this incident the belt would squeal and squeak time to time so I tried belt dressing and after a few days it would still start squealing again here and there but would still blow cold air fine until the day as stated above when i smelled the burnt rubber coming from the belt. My a/c has not blown cold air since that day. The compressor still comes on/ so I go buy a brand new belt but still no cold air whatsoever and I know its not a leak or low on freon. I notice that when I turn my ac on my belt runs really slow compared to when the ac is off. What do you guys think is going on from what i've told you. Ive had several ppl look at it. One guy thinks the bearings in the compressor are bad or compressor is locking up/stuck or just a bad compressor which is probably the case but a different guy thinks the compressor is still good and told me that the "harmonic balancer" is bad and needs replacement and that would fix my problem. I don't know what the hell to do! Any suggestions would be very very appreciated. Thank you ahead of time for any ones input! -also i don't even know what a "harmonic balancer" is and what it dose- could it cause the compressor to not work right and in turn not blow cold air? im just frustrated! don't know what to do!!!

When he was younger he loved to play and run, but for the past year he has gained weight and is scared of everything. When I try to let him run around, he sits still and squeaks or runs under me and hides. He does no physical activity! I've let him go outside, in my room, everywhere. He just sits. He doesn't like being taken out of his cage, even though I"ve never hurt him or anything. He also will not associate with other pigs if he sees them. I just want him to be happy. Any tips?

CONGRATS on getting a dog. You seem very excited. What you have now should be fine, the dog will be lots of work but it is so worth it. Depending on how well shes trained i sugest preparing yourself lol your house is ready, but make sure before you get her your 100% willing to take the time and do the work having a dog means. Normally a dog should be fed once or twice a day, smaller bowlfuls if twice. But it also depends on the dog. I sugest ordering the smaller ammount. Rember you cant dictate how the dog will react to the food. Maybe it upsets her tummy, maybe it causes her to have issues taking a dump, maybe she just hates the food. Dogs can be picky. My own lost there taste for the old food and wouldnt eat, now i have to buy another kind. Id be happy to say more about how to care for a dog if youd like to im or message me.

Guinea pig owner for 2 years, now hes terrified of his cage?

Hello, I've had my guinea pig oswald for a year and a half now, just until 3 days ago, hes been happy, content and just joyful, popcorning everywhere and squeak whenever i talk to him, but the last three days, we had a black out and 30 seconds before that black out oswald literrally jumped out of his cage (i built him a C&C cage, it has no top) and was so scared, i havent been able to get him out of this funk for 3 days... hes still eating and drinking but not as much as before, when i take him downstairs to hang out hes just fine.. doing his tricks for his veggies and everything, just fine... but when i put him in his cage again, hes terrified... this morning i had to add a top to his cage because last night he jumped out when i was asleep, i found him under the bed!

My husband's mother-in-law is making me insane! And yes, I know that my husband's mother-in-law is my mom, thank you. That is why I am putting this out on y! answers. I know that she will not see it because she never gets online. I really need to vent. I would appreciate any suggestions that can get me and my kids out of the house. First of all, I do have to say that we are currently living with my parents so we can save up enough money for a down payment on a house. I appreciate my mom letting us stay here rent free, but I'm starting to wonder if it's really worth it. To start, my mother is a hoarder. If you have ever seen the show, she's not quite that bad, but only because she has people constantly cleaning and throwing stuff away. Se gets ticked off when we do clean and throw stuff away, btw. That, I have accepted. Moving on, my mother has no regard for others. She continues to disregard the rules that i have put in place for my kids. I do not allow my children to have milk or snacks right before dinner. This is so they will actually eat what is placed before them. Makes sense, right? Well, I thought so. Either my mom doesn't understand this concept or she doesn't care. Always breaking that rule. Anyway, as part of her hoarding, she refuses to properly load the dishwasher. She insists on cramming EVERY dish in the house in there and then shoving the door shut. The dishwasher was barely squeaking by until this week. She decided that the door to the dishwasher was just being stubborn. It couldn't be the crapload of dishes she had stuffed in there that was keeping the door from closing. I know she will not do anything differently, so I guess what I am asking is for suggestions on how to keep calm so we don't get kicked out. I will try anything at this point. Having a squeaking noise on my 2006 Pontiac G6?

How to calm skittish pet rat who needs eye drops?

Hi there, my fianc� and I got a male rat just over a week ago from a local pet store. Columbus is 13 weeks old, and is very skittish of us. We are able to sometimes give him a treat by hand, but that's all. He will squeak and run away if we try to pick him up. He's bitten my fianc� a few times out of fear, once his teeth grazed the skin so it bled a bit. Normally I would happily take my time to get him to trust us and everything, but we had to take him to the vets last week because he looked like something was wrong with his eye, which turned out to be an eye infection, and we were given eye drops for him that we have to put in his eye once a day. Now my fianc� has left on a camp for the week, which leaves me to deal with the terrified rat by myself. He's very squirmy when I try to pick him up so often gets away. Proper baby mouse care?

We recently found a whole litter of baby mice with the mom in an outdoor vacuum so we put them in a safe spot and when i went to see if they were there, there was only two baby mice, one dead and one alive. I took the alive one and put it in an old hamster cage that i have... (I will assure you that i cleaned the cage) and i only have towels and bedding in there (no wheel or bowl) I put 4 small towels and some Care fresh small animals bedding in there. My mom will not let me bring him in the house so i made sure he was warm enough. I feed him some goats milk from the pet store with a small eye dropper every (at the most) 4 hours. Is there anything else that i should do besides what i am doing? I also want to know when he will open his eyes, if he can carry diseases being this young and if I should let him go when he is older. I am working on getting my mom to let me bring him in the house very soon. I honestly don't think that he can carry diseases being this young and that i should not let him go if he is too attached to humans but if he seems to want to leave then i will let him go but i want to know what you think. He already has fur, he is not pink, his eyes are still closed and when he trys to walk he wobbles a little bit because he is so little he only squeaks once in a while and it is very quiet. P.S. I rub is bum to make sure that he pees with a Q-tip that has warm water on it and i also wipe away any milk on his face.. wet or dry. Thank you for your help :)

I am 17 years old and have tried my hardest to succeed in school, do what is right and please my parents. Their first and only other child has ruined her life and torn my parents and my hearts to shreds. So I have been dumped with all the expectation to be the perfect child. I am enrolled in college already and am going to get my AA degree at the same time I graduate high school! I am president of SGA! I have gotten a lot of A's a few B's and one C in my whole entire life. I have not asked for many things. I take every punishment and new rule they give me in stride and I do what they ask. I work at my mom's job and am fixing to start working with a woman from my church to clean houses for profit. I have a lot of money saved up and am paying off a car they got for me. Now all I asked is if I could buy a stationary bike so I can work out more often (since my mom is never in the mood to take me to the gym and I don't get my license until next month). She said she would not let me buy it with my own money! Why?! I don't know! She says that we have an old treadmill I could use and I have the dance program ZUMBA. But, the treadmill is old, squeaks, and I never wanted it. She bought it and she never uses it! My old truck 1992 ford F 150 with a 4.9 - 300 6 cyl. fowels the spark plugs?

1992 F 150 w/4.9 , 300 6Cly engine. started running rough and fowled up the new plugs thought it may of been the fuel pressure regulator but not sure. I took a fuel pressure test and it shows to be within specs, 69 psi.and holds the pressure ok. The fuel pump never stops working. I thought it had to stop after a few seconds.Also took pressure regulator off and checked out had good vacuum. Replaced spark plugs and started up fine no miss no rough idle. Road tested and got back started running rough and missing again. Black smoke coming from tail pipe. I checked the distributor for wear and checked the pick up coil or hall effect and is working fine. Also checked coil for resistance and changed out the ign. module. The spark seems kinda yellow but jumps to ground good. It starts OK when I clean the spark plugs. No miss fire and Idles smooth. I also adjusted it to the initial timing. Have not replaced the O-2 yet. I know a defective 02 will keep the eng. running in the full rich mode but it shouldn't fowl the plugs. Has anyone had this problem with the same vehicle? could it be the ECM or Injectors? I'm tired of f------g with it. Read the book 10 times but not enough info. Appreciate any kinda help. I'm an old pro. on old autos but don't know enough of the new stuff. Thanks

I had a test run about a month ago H1ac and it showed my average being 121 glucose level or whatever. They said i have high blood sugar but most times it feels really low. I ate a piece of cake not much and i felt fine but then i got cold clammy hands and shakey, my stomach feels like i am going to vomit and i feel like i am trembling. My eyes also hurt and i feel disoriented. How can i be hyperglycemic with the symptoms of hypo.

A few days ago, I was cooking dinner talking to my husband, when out of nowhere, I felt really hot, dizzy, and weak. I had eaten breakfast and lunch that day, and I was staying hydrated. Which Shoe is better?

I am looking for a shoe that I can play basketball in, isn't too pricy, like at the 40-70$ range, and i can also walk around comfortably in. I looked online at a bunch of shoes. I can't tell if it's rats or bats in my attic?

Trying to build, tone and lose fat. are power and protein bars a good way to go?

I tend to work out 4-5x a week. I've been working out and dieting for about 6 weeks. I tend to stay at the gym from 1hr-3hrs. I want to work out as much as i can to get the best results possible because my weight loss has been really slow, I've lost about 7 llbs so far. I've been using whey powder and making shakes out of soy milk, whey, grapefruit, strawberries and oranges. but most recently I bought IronGirl powerbars for before my workout, powerbar energy blast fruit chews for during my workout (which I've noticed REALLY give me energy) and protein plus bars which include 20g of protein. If I'm having a slower workout I'll only take the irongirl bar and possible a protein bar but today (I had a 3 hour workout) I had all three plus a whey shake. is this to much? I dont know if this is enough for just body building or how protein works really. I noticed the energy blasts have a lot of sugar and the bars have lots of carbs and sugar - which I don't believe is very good for weight loss. is their types of energy and protein supplements that have fewer carbs and sugars? or is what I'm doing good for the results I want?

Ok so the other day I spent a night at my friends house. I woke up in the middle of the night to go use the bathroom when I saw that his sister's bedroom light was on. we just had our dog 'put to sleep'. we went to the veterinarian expecting help for his illness but i guess it was the best decision from the doctor. he brought him home from a shelter..he was 2 years old..we have been crying all afternoon..and were having crying jags when reflecting. our dog had an old yellow squeaky ball in bad shape and he loved this ball. my mother keeps squeaking the ball and now is resting with the ball in her arms. i removed all the toys and dog dishes. removed the hanging leads and collar.we loved this quirky chow..i don't want her having continuous bouts with crying..its hard for me also.advise please.

Cat acting strange!! HELP!?

About 3 years ago, our neighbor shot our cat not once, but twice. She had three holes because she must have been laying down so it went through her leg and then through her stomach, well she cleaned it up and there was no blood when we found out and it took her a long time to heal up. We couldn't take her to the vet at the time as we live in a small town and the vet works in another town too so we let her do her own thing and keep her away from the dogs for awhile. After she healed she was spaded so she couldn't have anymore babies so she gained quite a bit of weight.. I'm not sure what she weighs now but it's gotta be well over 30 lbs. I've noticed for about a week and a half now that she has had poop on her butt, all i thought to myself was that she's just getting old (going on 9 yrs) and she is over weight so she must not be able to reach down there to clean herself. Today i was walking into the hallway to use the restroom and she was in like a pooping position shaking facing the wall, I touched her and she shook worse so i kind of helped her to lay down and i pushed on her stomach not really hard and i heard this squeak sound like when you blow up a balloon and let it go. It was her fart and so i sat there with her kind of worried for 20 mins. and she was still laying in the position i left her and you could see the pain in her face evertime she lifted up her bum to let another one go.... i don't know if it has something to do with the bullets if they are still in her from years ago or what.. I'm just scared something is wrong with her because i've had her since i was like 7 or 8 years old because my other cat (we no longer have got ran over) was her mom and she had kittens like 2 days before my birthday and i asked if i could keep one. haha. If i have to.. I can ask my mom to bring her to the vet but maybe one of you have an answer :)

Why do i crave sugar?

im not talking about your average, "oh i think i want a candy bar"scenario. i have times where i will eat anything with sugar.any candy or food that is sweet. in my cravings, when i have the acess i will eat several bars or entire bags/ boxes of chocolate. or anything sweet available. when i do not have access to common sweets in the past i have, eaten slices of bread with sugar(white/brown/powdered) on top, or sugar and syrup. eaten sweetened drink mixes.or mixes for making sweet foods, when i didnt have the other ingredients to make the food, i have eaten sweetner packets mixed with chili powder, and at the moment i am eating plain white sugar mixed with syrup. What is causing me to have these cravings for sugar?

Extreme Couponing at Food Town, Is this coupon fraud? Coupons at Food Town?

I've recently started couponing and very recently started couponing at Food Town. What I saw at several stores around the Houston/Sugar Land area really disturbed me. I wanted to know if what I saw is coupon fraud. At one location a cashier was pulling 55� peelie coupons off of products of Shout so he could send them in to the manafacture letting the store be reimbursed without any customer having redeemed them. At three other Food Towns I spied them manually entering in taxable coupons as non taxable/food coupons so an item would be doubled taxed. Here in Texas as well as a few other states by law the manafacture must pay the tax for the consumer. It's keyed into the coupons. So Food Town is letting their customer pay taxes on something that has already been paid for by the manafacture. New extreme couponers probably wouldn't have even noticed. Anyway, is this coupon fraud?

Why is my hamster squeaking when she's rolling in her ball?

My hamster is quite active so every night I let her roll in her ball, which she obviously really enjoys. She loves to roll into a room in which it can be hard for her to get out, but this normally doesn't faze her. Last night she was in that room and squeaking, so I helped her out but she squeaked and rolled back in. Any idea why she is squeaking? She does on occasion just appear to randomly squeak while out. I also have 3 cats, but my hamster doesn't seem to mind, but would they have anything to do with her squeaking?

There are so many cliches in your descriptions and your plot for that matter. The story moves too fast, doesn't bother to describe any scenes and is full of punctuation errors. I would rewrite this whole thing, several times, before even thinking of continuing. You also clearly need to learn the "Show, Don't Tell" rule of writing. New dog keeps running off?

i just got this new dog, that some people where giving away and i took him in. we have had him for a week and the first week was great with him, i would let him out and just call him back if he started to wounder off my property. but now he just wants to run away or not listen, Sunday he just took off and my little dog fowled him they went three blocks away with in 5mins. So we decided to hook him up when we let him out now.but today he ran out the door and ran off i had to go chasing after him, i think i know why he is trying to run away, i think he wants to go to his old house like he wants to go home. how can i stop this i'm afraid he will get hit in the road

My best friend is depressed and suicidal, how do I help her?

My best friend from high school is really scaring me and I don't know what to do. I don't want to lose her :( Back in high school she seemed so happy but a relationship gone horribly wrong has left her depressed and unable to trust anymore. She is clinically depressed and bi-polar I think and does take medication. her parents are...fowl, they constantly put her down and the whole family seems to treat her like crap. They forced her to drop out and she had a 4.0 gpa right now she's been going to school and seeing someone else but things have been getting worse. For a while I lost contact with her and during that time she cut herself up several times. She's told me things like how she hates society and would rather be alone and that she can't trust anyone and when i told her I loved her and cared about her and that I wish she wouldn't say things like that she said she couldn't believe me...like she was afraid to be hurt again. Over the past couple days a lot of things have happened and once she tried to get help and when she told the doc (at a drug abuse clinic because the other one was closed) her mom went and said she was lying so the doctor didn't believe her when she said she was suicidal and they just gave her more meds when the other people there could see she wasn't joking. I told her to be strong that things would get better when she was able to get away from home but she said she'd kill herself before that happened and told me how her wrists are screaming for her to just end it all that nothing's worth living anymore and she'd rather be dead than put up with the crap from her parents anymore. I've tried everything and it seems to get me no where, I don't want to suggest she get help because it may make her mad. I don't live near her and cant get to her because I don't have a car but i'm scared for her she used to be so happy in high school and now after all the trauma she's endured (some of which can't be named) she's gone downhill and i'm afraid she's quite serious when she says she's going to kill herself soon. what can I do?

2003 Cavalier Clicking Sounds?

Weight Lose for picky eaters with a sweet tooth!?

Id like to know if just cutting back on portions and of course watching what you eat - along with exercise, could you lose weight?
