For guinea fowl experts. my hen is sick!?

hello my guinea hen has started laying eggs at least a week ago(one egg a day) she has been walking slowly and making her neck feathers go up like a turtle neck and she also makes faint sad noises(like a normal buckwheat but very low) i really want to find out if she is sick and if so what kind of sickness. please help.
