Id like to know if just cutting back on portions and of course watching what you eat - along with exercise, could you lose weight? I mean I still wants carbs (not a lot but some) and sugars of course(not candy bars and oreos) but like fruits and fruit juices. I am also trying this MediFast plan (not 100%) Just looking for some feedback of people with other experiences. I am very very very very picky and have a sweet tooth. I will be the first to admit it. Help please and thank you!
